Gold-coated silicon wafers
Gold-coated silicon wafers are highly versatile materials. The silicon wafers are coated with pure gold over an adhesion layer of chromium.These substrates can be used in nanotechnology, silicon wafer surface with gold thin film biotechnology, and thin-film research applications. They are coated with 50 nm pure gold. The gold-coated silicon wafers are available in 50.8mm and 200mm sizes. The wafers are individually packaged in trays. They are ideal for a variety of nanotechnology applications. Gold-coated silicon wafers can be customized.
