Cooper-coated silicon wafers
Cooper-coated silicon wafers are coated with pure cooper .These substrates can be used in electronic packaging and ultra-large scale integrated (ULSI) devices. They are coated with 20 nm pure cooper. The nickel-coated cooper wafers are available in 50.8mm and 200mm sizes. The wafers are individually packaged in trays. They are ideal for a variety of nanotechnology applications. Cooper-coated silicon wafers can be customized.
