Aluminum-coated silicon wafers
Aluminum-coated silicon wafers are coated with pure aluminum.These substrates can be used in microelectronics, optics, telecommunications, nanotechnology and biotechnology,semiconductor and other electronic device. They are coated with 100 nm pure cooper. The aluminum-coated wafers are available in 50.8mm and 200mm sizes. The wafers are individually packaged in trays. They are ideal for a variety of nanotechnology applications. Aluminium-coated silicon wafers can be customized.
