Aluminum mirrors
Aluminum mirror is a kind of mirror with a flat reflecting surface, and its surface is coated with an aluminum film, which has high reflectivity and good protection performance. The reflective surface of the mirror can be either the front surface or the back surface, and its surface shape and reflectivity have important effects on the optical properties. High surface accuracy can reduce the amount of light loss due to dispersion, and the choice of reflective film includes general protective aluminum film, protective ultraviolet reflective aluminum film, protective silver film, protective gold film, etc. Among them, the protective aluminum film and the protective UV-reflecting aluminum film can provide a pure aluminum film mirror and an aluminum film mirror covered with a magnesium fluoride (MgF2) or silicon dioxide (SiO2) protective film.
Aluminum mirrors have a wide range of applications. For example, it can be used for beam turning, interferometry, or as an optical component in imaging systems. In addition, it can also be used in laser systems, optical communications, optical instruments and other fields.
