Magnesium Fluoride(MgF2) Meniscus Lenses
Magnesium fluoride has good transmittance in the ultraviolet, visible and infrared fields and is widely used in scientific and technical fields such as lasers, infrared optics, ultraviolet optics and high energy detectors. Compared to other materials, magnesium fluoride materials are particularly durable in the deep UV and far IR wavelength ranges.
Magnesium fluoride are highly sought after for many UV and IR applications, and are particularly suitable for applications in the 200 nm - 6.0 μm wavelength range.
MgF2 meniscus lens with convex on one side and concave on the other. It can be a converging lens or a diverging lens, determined by a combination of refractive index, curvature and radius. And it’s widly used in optical systems, laser optical systems and infrared optical systems, such as ultraviolet spectrometer, ultraviolet detector, infrared spectrometer, infrared camera, laser device, LiDAR Etc.
Our Company can provide Magnesium Fluoride Meniscus Lenses with diameters from 2-300mm and thicknesses from 0.12-60mm (accuracy up to 20-10, 1/10L@633nm),coating AR, BBAR, AF or upon request.
